One of the entrances to the trade show, obviously into the Nikon hall…

The Aputure booth shines bright in the “China” section of the show…

Sony understands that people apparently like to photograph women…

So do some other companies, can’t remember this one…

Could these be the smallest LED lights ever?

Samsung’s “Photoglobe” in one of the hallways…

The Aputure Team just outside of the Kolnmesse exhibition hall – consisting of Polo, Berry, Ian, Selina, Hardy…

The Canon hall tends to be lit in cooler, blue lighting. We wonder how this reflects on the ‘message’ of each brand? Nikon warm and friendly, Canon cool and corporate?

These two badboys by Fuji were in the limelight, especially the newly announced X-E1…

The compact Fujifilm X-F1 was also a big hit sporting various colors and larger than usual sensor size…

The Sony A99 has quite the funky little swivel screen – world’s apart from a Canon 60D/600D/650D…

And here is said A99 pulled apart with all the innards to see…

The booth stayed busy, with Ian and Hardy explaining products to visitors here…

Triopo took a page from Gorillapod’s book, and then some…

Cologne’s most famous landmark, which always seems to be a state of repair…

The contrasting grandiosity and peacefulness inside the cathedral never fails to impress…

Sales Manager Berry with the Cologne Cathedral in the distance…

And finally Selina with a few customers at the booth…
